The 3rd annual La Vuelta Cultural Summer Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 24, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., on three blocks of Logan Avenue, from Evans to 26th Street, in Barrio Logan. Billed as a celebration of our communities’ distinct heritage and culture, the event will feature more than 70 vendors, including art exhibits, food booths and two outdoor craft beer gardens. The festival will also include Live music performances, a classic car show, ballet folklorico, Aztec dancers, crowning of 2019 Miss La Vuelta and a community arts stage.
