The 3rd annual La Vuelta Cultural Summer Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 24, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., on three blocks of Logan Avenue, from Evans to 26th Street, in Barrio Logan. Billed as a celebration of our communities’ distinct heritage and culture, the event will feature more than 70 vendors, including art exhibits, food booths and two outdoor craft beer gardens.
