U.S. Sand Sculpting Challenge And Dimensional Art Expo

At the U.S. San Sculpting Challenge and Dimensional Art Expo, world master sand sculptors from the Netherlands, Italy and Canada, from exotic places like Latvia, Russia and Tasmania come to challenge the best in the U.S. with astounding dimensional art. There’s live entertainment (tribute bands, singers and more), a sand box and rides for kids, a dozen gourmet food trucks, a fantastic view of the bay and all the great stuff that you always find on the Embarcadero.

Julian Grape Stomp Festa

On Saturday the 22nd anniversary of the Julian Grape Stomp Festa occurs. With ten local wineries offering sips to sample, a wide variety of food and shopping opportunities, great Italian music provided by Roman Holiday, Bocce Ball Court, a little extemporaneous dancing here and there, this will be a party to remember!

48th Annual Barona Powwow

Join the Barona Band of Mission Indians for a weekend of contest dancing in all categories, camping, drums and cultural immersion.

El Cajon Dinner and a Concert

One of El Cajon’s premier events, our Dinner & a Concert Series is back again this year in the center of Downtown El Cajon. Dinner & A Concert is a weekly concert and dance hosted by Downtown El Cajon Business Partners, performed on the Prescott Promenade, which is surrounded by a variety of restaurants. Thousands of people from all over San Diego County arrive to see and listen to many of our local bands and musicians. Join us Friday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM for a great time and great food from our downtown restaurants.
