Check out El Cajon’s Dinner and A Concert; in the heart of beautiful Downtown El Cajon. This week they are featuring The Soul Persuaders. The 52nd Annual Poway Days Parade will be taking place on Saturday, September 10th, 2016! Parade time begins at 9:00 am and starts from Pomerado Road and Poway Road and continues to Bowron Road. This year’s theme is “Literacy: Read, Lead, Succeed.”

Guided Nature Walk: Chicken Thief
Join an MTRP Trail Guide on a guided nature walk and learn about the plants, animals, geology, history, and ecology of the park on one of their scenic trails. These interpretive nature walks are offered to enhance your appreciation of the unique beauty of San Diego’s natural environment.
Walks start from the Visitor Center every Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Walks are free and open to the public, with no reservations required.
