Masterpiece sandcastles will be on display this weekend; you’ve never seen sand sculptures like this before — sandcastle artists from around the world will be creating stunning works of art this weekend.

85th Annual Oceanside Labor Day Pier Swim
Grab your swim cap and goggles. Join hundreds of fellow swimming enthusiasts for this time-honored tradition in Oceanside.

Where: Oceanside Pier, Lifeguard Tower 1, Oceanside, CA
Festival of Sail on the San Diego Bay
Set sail for adventure on the San Diego Bay. This four-day event features cannon battles, a petting zoo, a beer garden and even photo ops with a pirate.
When: August 29 – Sept. 1, 9am – 7pm (closes at 5pm on Monday)
