Fido Fest 2016

San Diego Festival Of The Arts

Known as the La Jolla Festival of the Arts for the past 29 years, this annual event has brought established and emerging artists from around the world to San Diego. For the event’s 30th anniversary in 2016, it is getting both a new name, becoming the San Diego Festival of the Arts, and a new location.

47th Annual San Diego Greek Festival

Trails of the Kumeyaay

52nd annual Lakeside Rodeo

The 52nd annual Lakeside Rodeo rides again with thrilling moments in the arena, plus a parade, the Miss Rodeo Lakeside pageant and other activities. The rodeo – Lakeside’s biggest community event of the year – features four performances: 7:30 p.m. Friday; 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday; 2 p.m. Sunday. Each performance includes classic rodeo acts like saddle bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, roping, barrel racing and kids stick horse racing. Tickets start at $15 per adult and $10 for kids.

Linda Vista Multicultural Fair & Parade

The Linda Vista Fair, held annually on the 6900 block of Linda Vista Road, (between Comstock and Ulric Streets) is intended to promote cultural awareness and understanding within the City of San Diego. Its numerous cultural exhibits, varied ethnic food offerings and delightful artistic performances are eagerly anticipated by residents and visitors to San Diego.

We are very excited for the 2016 Linda Vista Multi-Cultural Fair and Parade!  Our theme in 2016 will be “A Community of Learning” – to emphasize the education available within Linda Vista.

The Encinitas Street Faire

The Encinitas Street Faire are located down the center of six blocks of scenic South Coast Highway 101, two blocks from the Pacific Ocean. In the spring street faire, ongoing since 1983, international food, children’s rides, four live stages, and the craft brewery beer garden guarantee that there will be fun for the whole family.

There will also be free medical testing, yoga and other classes, and belly dancing and zumba shows!

2015 San Diego St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival

The Annual San Diego St. Patrick’s Day Parade (largest Parade west of the Mississippi) will step off on Saturday, March 14th, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. on Fifth Avenue at Laurel Street as thousands of marchers and spectators gather to celebrate the Patron Saint of Ireland.
Following the parade, an event filled Irish Festival in Balboa Park features live entertainment on 2 Stages. In the morning we have Irish Step Dancers and then we have a full afternoon line-up with Irish Folk singers and bands. All day there are Craft Booths, Food Booths, a Beer Garden and a Kids Zone with rides.

19th Encinitas Oktoberfest

The 19th Annual Encinitas Chamber of Commerce Oktoberfest presented by California Coast Credit Union will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 10am to 5pm on Mountain Vista Drive and El Camino Real.

It will feature The Bluebirds a German-American Band, Bavarian dancers, tradional Oktoberfest beer from Spaten and a street craft faire featuring over 200 vendors, including artisans with unusual arts and craft items.
