Sunday Spreckles Organ Concert

7th Annual Bankers Hill Art & Craft Beer Festival

Taking place throughout the two levels of The Abbey on Fifth Avenue, a historic 10,000-square foot venue, this year’s festival features unlimited access to two-ounce pours from more than a dozen San Diego craft breweries, complimentary savory and sweet bites from Bankers Hill eateries, live DJ music and pop-up art exhibits ranging from paintings and fine art photography to creative displays, with many works for sale at the event.

Annual San Diego St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The Annual San Diego St. Patrick’s Day Parade (largest Parade west of the Mississippi) will step off on Saturday, March 16th at 10:30 a.m. on Fifth Avenue at Laurel Street as thousands of marchers and spectators gather to celebrate the Patron Saint of Ireland. After the parade, there’ll be Irish step dancers, folk singers, bands, a Celtic food village, and more.

The 11-day celebration of Latino cinema, arts and culture just began yesterday — 26th annual San Diego Latino Film Festival from March 14 to 24.

The expo also features sideshow-style performers, including a “live human suspension” team.

Pioneer Family Fun: Sikes Adobe Historic Farmstead, Escondido

Interested in a fun family weekend? Join SDRVC for an interactive day at the Sikes Adobe Historic Farmstead, where participants (ages 7 – 12) will learn what it was like to be a pioneering family, how the community functioned through crop production, trading and animals that provided food and milk, and the importance of the natural environment in daily living.

As a part of the Watershed Explorers Program, families are encouraged to participate as a whole!

Please wear closed toed shoes, pants, and a jacket in case of inclement weather. It is also recommended to bring water and a snack.

Guided Nature Walk – Mission Trails Regional Park

Start your Sunday with a little nature walk at Mission Trails Regional Park.
